Transcript Request Information

The Office of the University Registrar does not charge a transcript processing fee.

Requesting a Transcript

Use one of the following options to request a copy of your academic transcript:

On-Line request via ACES - Available for currently enrolled students, as well as for students who graduated within the past year. Note: There is a 9 copy limit per request.
On-line fillable pdf Transcript Request Form - Complete the form on your computer, print and sign the completed form, and submit it to the Office of the University Registrar by fax, mail, or in person. Note: There is a 50 copy limit per request.
The Transcript Request Form can also be completed in the Office of the University Registrar and at the Student Service Center (101 Allen Building).

Next Business Day Delivery

For a delivery fee of $16, next business day delivery (domestic) is available through Federal Express. Requests received in The Office of the University Registrar after 12:00 PM EST are subject to being processed the next business day.

Saturday and International delivery may be available, and will be billed to your credit card at the going Federal Express rate.

The Federal Express delivery fee may be charged to Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit cards. Credit card information should be listed on the Transcript Request Form.
