Eligible Trinity and Pratt undergraduate students may add, change, or delete their plans (majors, minors, certificates, or concentrations) via the Academic Plan Change form in DukeHub, except the following groups of students:
- Undeclared students will have access once completing all items with their academic advisor.
- Trinity Seniors: contact Trinity Graduation Staff.
- Pratt Seniors: email prattdom@duke.edu.
- UNC Robertson Scholars: contact the Robertson Scholars Office.
- Declared student-originated IDM or Program II plans require plan changes to be submitted via administrative form.
Requests for change of majors, minors, certificates, and concentrations may be made through one submission, with a limit of 1 submission per day. Students intending to transfer between undergraduate schools (Trinity/Pratt) must contact their academic dean. The form will not allow you to request a change between schools.
- You must declare one primary major to graduate and may declare a second (although not a third) major.
- The combination of majors, minors, and certificates may not exceed three. Thus, you could declare as a maximum:
- two majors and either a minor or a certificate
- a major and two minors
- a major and two certificates
- a major, a minor, and a certificate
- You must declare one primary major to graduate and may declare a second or a third major.
- The combined number of majors, minors, and certificates may not exceed three. Requests for more than three majors, minors, and certificates must be approved by your dean.
- Navigate to Academics in DukeHub.
- Click on the Academic Plan Change form.
- Click on the edit icon to enter your new academic plan, including all majors, minors, subplans, and certificates. Your academic record will reflect the order of your majors, minors, and certificates provided here.
- Select the Submit New Academic Plan.
- Review your submission for accuracy.
