25Live is a web-based scheduling and event publishing product developed by CollegeNET used by various schools and scheduling units across Duke's campus. The software provides a centralized scheduling system and data repository for events held at Duke, yet allows individual scheduling units to maintain their scheduling policies and practices.

The information below is provided to assist users of 25Live to schedule space on campus. Please recognize that not all rooms and facilities on campus may be scheduled via 25Live. Currently, the following spaces are available in 25Live: Franklin Center, Fuqua School of Business, The LINK, Perkins Library Group study rooms, Pratt School of Engineering, Sanford School of Public Policy, School of Medicine, Smith Warehouse, and Trinity College of Arts & Sciences classrooms.
