1. Access the Faculty Center Portal (DukeHub).
  • Access DukeHub at https://dukehub.duke.edu.
  • Click the Faculty link to begin.
  • Log in to the system using your Duke credentials.

 

2. Review the student’s grading basis on the Class Roster.
  • Click the icon under the Class Roster column to review the grading basis listed for each student enrolled in the class.
  • The student’s grading basis for the course will appear in the Grade Basis column on the class roster.

3. Review the student’s grading basis on the Grade Roster.
  • Once grade rosters have been generated for final exams, click the icon under the Grade Roster column to review the grading basis listed for each student enrolled in the class.
  • The student’s grading basis for the course will appear in the Grading Basis column on the grade roster.

4. Review the grade options for grade entry.
  • Click the magnifying glass icon for each student under the Roster Grade column.
  • All valid grades for the grading basis will appear.
  • The instructor will select the earned grade based on the options displayed.
  • The instructor will click Save and Submit Grades to complete the final grade submission for the term.
