The basic fee for a replacement diploma (paper and digital) mailed non-expedited is $35.00. For both US and international destinations, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee as outlined within the Parchment order request. Expedited shipping does not mean expedited processing.
Allow up to 8 weeks for processing and shipping. Electronic diplomas will be sent by email within 2-3 business days. Duke diplomas are unique documents to each graduate. The university does not retain copies.
Refer to the Letters of Authentication page for information regarding affidavits to authenticate degrees, diplomas, and transcripts. These documents are more quickly produced than replacement diplomas and will often fulfill the same need if you are working abroad or returning to a home country.
